Substance Abuse Hotline (Pa. Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs)

This is a national abuse hotline that serves victims of substance abuse in Pennsylvania. Through the 24/7/365 toll-free helpline 1-800-662-HELP (4357) and 1-800-487-4889 (TTY), SAMHSA professionals assist victims of substance and mental abuse both in English and Spanish languages.
